Alexander Chursin (1988)
Alexander Chursin is a contemporary Russian artist who works with the principles of figurative painting, superimposing it on a modern discursive layer, unfolding the representation of images within certain recognizable series. Having a classical art education, he creates modern paintings with the old masters techniques, using the methods and means of expression of classical canvases, nevertheless, the artist adheres to the postmodernist context.
